Jerry Windle is approaching 40 years of experience in the housing industry! Since 1972, Jerry has been involved in more than 20,000 successful real estate transactions. Over the years, he has enjoyed rewarding careers in both mortgage lending and real estate.
Jerry's career in mortgage lending began in 1981 as a Loan Officer with Waterfield Mortgage Company. Ultimately, he became the Northeast Ohio Manager of Operations (1982) and served in various management capacities until 2006 when the company was sold. During that period, he trained and groomed a number of successful loan officers, many of whom are a part of our professional team at Fairway.
In addition to his mortgage lending experience, Jerry previously served as a Vice President of Operations for a large regional real estate firm with the responsibility for overseeing the transactions of more than 600 licensed agents. Jerry has also taught college level courses in Real Estate Law, Real Estate Principles and Practices, and Real Estate Finance.
During his tenure at Fairway, Jerry hopes that sharing the lessons and knowledge gained from his years of industry experience will serve to enhance the value he brings to Fairway's clients.
